At BINK 36 follow the signs for The Harbour Club where you enter a large elevator on your way to the bo-ven floor. The music that comes closer and closer makes it almost mysterious and there the journey of discovery begins. As soon as the elevator doors open, guests are warmly greeted by the famous Gio, Stacy and Tamara. In an oasis of international allure, you will always find eyes to feast on.
Flavorful dishes are prepared in the open kitchen and the gigantic wine cabinets are full of champagne and fine wines. In the center of The Harbour Club is the generous bar where insane cocktails are made and glasses of bubbly are filled.
The round benches with the sturdy tables create an intimate atmosphere. The meter-sized sharks made of gold swim as if from the high black ceiling into this space. With a large piece of art on the back wall, the DJ is spinning tasty music and the acoustics here are rock solid.
The atmospheric conservatory and ro-yale terrace have breathtaking views. The Harbour Club is an experience for anyone who wants to experience a real night out. Manager Pieter Smit: ?Although at the time of this interview we are only allowed to open for Take Away and Delivery, it is special to see that people really enjoy the taste experience we offer. Of course we have made big plans for later like The Dinner Concerts with spectacular performances by big stars.?
Tasting The Harbour Club atmosphere at home
Until such time that The Harbour Club may offer another full evening pro-gram, it is now possible to sample the atmosphere at home. The menu online is challenging because it is all delicious. Delicious sushi and sashimi are interspersed with flavorful beef tataki or half a lobster. Chef Daniel Ettinger, together with the kitchen brigade, turns each dish into a sensational taste sensation. In trendy boxes, the dishes are prepared for Take Away and Delivery. David van Panhuys, assistant manager: "We like to deliver at home ourselves to keep in touch with our guests in these times. The Bento Boxes with different dishes are very popular and everything is prepared here à la minute, you can go straight to the table at home.? There are guests who place orders several times a week or have Chef Daniel come to their homes for an exclu-sive dinner.
