At BINK 36 follow the signs for The Harbour Club where you enter a large elevator on your way to the bo-ven floor. The music that comes closer and closer makes it almost mysterious and there the journey of discovery begins. As soon as the elevator doors open, guests are warmly greeted by the famous Gio, Stacy and Tamara. In an oasis of international allure, you will always find eyes to feast on.

Flavorful dishes are prepared in the open kitchen and the gigantic wine cabinets are full of champagne and fine wines. In the center of The Harbour Club is the generous bar where insane cocktails are made and glasses of bubbly are filled.

The round benches with the sturdy tables create an intimate atmosphere. The meter-sized sharks made of gold swim as if from the high black ceiling into this space. With a large piece of art on the back wall, the DJ is spinning tasty music and the acoustics here are rock solid.

Manager Pieter Smit: “Hoewel we op het moment van dit interview alleen open mogen voor Take Away en Delivery is het bijzonder om te zien dat mensen echt genieten van de smaak-beleving die wij bieden. Uiteraard hebben we grote plannen gemaakt voor straks zoals The Dinner Concerts met spectacu-laire optredens van grote sterren.”

Tasting The Harbour Club atmosphere at home

Tot die tijd dat The Harbour Club weer een avondvullend pro-gramma mag bieden is het nu mogelijk om de sfeer thuis te proeven. De menukaart online is uitdagend omdat het allemaal lekker is. De overheerlijke sushi en sashimi worden afgewisseld met smaakvolle beef tataki of een halve kreeft. Chef Daniel Ettinger maakt samen met de keukenbrigade van elk gerecht een sensationele smaaksensatie. In hippe boxen worden de be-stellingen klaargemaakt voor Take Away en Delivery. David van Panhuys, assistent manager: “Wij bezorgen graag zelf aan huis om ook in deze tijd het contact met onze gasten te houden. De Bento Boxen met verschillende gerechten zijn erg populair en alles wordt hier à la minute bereid, je kunt thuis meteen aan tafel.” Er zijn gasten die meerdere keren per week bestellingen plaatsen of de Chef Daniel thuis laten komen voor een exclu-sief diner. Het is ook mogelijk om bestellingen te komen halen en even de bruisende sfeer te proeven van The Harbour Club.
