The Harbour Club unveils location for Hague branch

Nov 21, 2019

The Harbour Club will open another branch in The Hague. In February 2020, the catering company will open in the premises of Bink36, on the Binckhorstlaan. The establishment will have over 400 seats and a rooftop terrace.

Bink36 is a creative hotspot in a former PTT complex of several buildings at Binckhorstlaan 36 in The Hague. Previously, Rooftop bar Bink36 was located in the catering space upstairs in the building where Harbour Club takes up residence.

Back in October, Harbour Club announced its return to The Hague. However, the signatures for the location had not been signed at that time. In early 2017, Harbour Club (then with the addition Kitchen, left Scheveningen from the Lelykade. At the time, founder Richard van Leeuwen was already interested in the Brinckhorst neighborhood, but a Hague location did not materialize at the time.

Harbour Club The Hague

The Harbour Club The Hague will have the same look and feel as The Harbour Club Amsterdam Oost; recognizable by the large open space, the large bar at the heart of the restaurant, a 13-meter-long shark as an eye-catcher, open kitchen, walk-in wine closet and everything styled with a touch of glamour.

Joost Verhoeven, co-owner of HC Amsterdam Oost and The Hague says of the addition: ?a unique experience with a crazy combination between dinner and dance with international allure, that is what we are going to let guests experience in the most beautiful city behind the dunes?

The restaurant is close to the A12 motorway, from the freeway guests drive right into the large parking lot with more than 300 free parking spaces, and The Hague HS train station is one kilometer from the restaurant.

Richard van Leeuwen, founder of The Harbour Club concept: "With The Harbour Club The Hague we are going back to our roots. We may open The Harbour Club The Hague in this historic building that lends itself perfectly to how we want to establish our restaurants.?

In addition to signature dishes like the Tomahawk steak, Fruits de Mer platters and crispy oysters, many dishes with table preparation can also be found that add to the experience.

Sustainable

The Harbour Club The Hague besides true food and glamour, also goes for sustainability. With, among other things, a large number of solar panels, induction plates, LED lighting and district heating, she is doing her bit. Even the tables are recycled, as they are made from the wood of old wagon sleepers.

About The Harbour Club
