Vacature: F&B Manager Vinkeveen
Je geeft leiding aan zo’n 50 personen. Samen met de Chefkok zorg je ervoor dat het onze gasten aan niets ontbreekt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ‘’voorkant’’van het gehele F&B product binnen Apollo Hotel Vinkeveen. Hieronder vallen: The Harbour Club Vinkeveen, Event Centre Vinkeveen én ontbijt restaurant Vink. Je rapporteert direct aan de General Manager.
Het team kan altijd op je rekenen. Je ondersteunt met de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden maar ook met de personele ontwikkelingen, het coördineren van een groot evenement of klachten afhandeling. Elke shift brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee, maar één ding verandert nooit: jij levert kwaliteit en overtreft de verwachtingen van de gasten. What makes you the perfect addition to our team?
- You have completed a related HBO or MBO level 4 education and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a management position within F&B.
- You have a passion for Food & Beverage and are culinary savvy.
- Je bent creatief en weet ons telkens weer te verrassen met je vernieuwende ideeën.
- You have good communication skills, both oral and written.
- You are able to prepare and analyze data and figures.
- Information is safe with you and you can make stragetic choices.
- Hospitality is in your blood and you know how to convey this to your team.
- You are energized by working together in an ambitious team!
