Vacancy: F&B Manager Vinkeveen
You will be in charge of about 50 people. Together with the Head Chef you ensure that our guests lack for nothing. You are responsible for the front end of the entire F&B product within Apollo Hotel Vinkeveen. This includes: The Harbour Club Vinkeveen, Event Centre Vinkeveen as well as breakfast restaurant Vink. You will report directly to the General Manager.
The team can always count on you. You support with the daily operational work but also with personnel developments, coordinating a big event or complaint handling. Every shift brings new challenges, but one thing never changes: you deliver quality and exceed guests' expectations. Because at Apollo Hotel Vinkeveen we do everything to keep our guests coming back. You'll be back!
What makes you the perfect addition to our team?
- You have completed a related HBO or MBO level 4 education and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a management position within F&B.
- You have a passion for Food & Beverage and are culinary savvy.
- You are creative and know how to surprise us again and again with your innovative ideas.
- You have good communication skills, both oral and written.
- You are able to prepare and analyze data and figures.
- Information is safe with you and you can make stragetic choices.
- Hospitality is in your blood and you know how to convey this to your team.
- You are energized by working together in an ambitious team!
