Jij weet het als geen ander: zonder goede voorbereiding ben je nergens. Daarom begin je jouw werkdag met zorgen dat de mise en place helemaal klopt. Nu ben je er helemaal klaar voor, en je collega’s in de keuken ook. De junior keukenmedewerkers kunnen altijd bij je terecht. Samen werken jullie aan prachtige gerechten voor het restaurant. Je bereidt ze zorgvuldig, en geeft ze pas uit als elk detail op het bord klopt. Want een goede maaltijd moet een onvergetelijke ervaring zijn. Heb je een goed idee, of een voorstel om nóg meer kwaliteit te leveren? Dan deel je het meteen met de Sous- en/of Chefkok. Ook met de medewerkers in de bediening heb je een soepel contact, en je weet precies hoe je bestellingen aanneemt, controleert en distribueert. De keuken is bij jou in goede handen.
What makes you the perfect addition to our tea,?
- You have completed a chef training program or have worked in a similar position for at least 2 years.
- Everything clean & safe? Product knowledge and experience with HACCP is desired.
- Stress in the tent? Not with you. You are flexible and stress resistant.
- Bring it on! You like to work hard.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You are flexible and available evenings, weekends and holidays.
- You live in (the vicinity of) Vinkeveen and have your own transportation.
