You are ready to rock every day! Every guest deserves a special experience and you understand that. Together with your team, you will ensure an unforgettable evening. Preparation is key and you start by checking all tables and reservations for the last finishing touch. You also make sure that everyone on your team knows what their role is for today. During the service you keep an overview and make sure everything runs smoothly. You manage the team and help when it gets busy. At the same time you ensure an optimal atmosphere on the work floor. You know how to promote the high service and quality of The Harbour Club and motivate and coach your team in this. Together with the Restaurant Manager you will come up with great new ideas to make The Harbour Club even more successful. In addition to the daily operations you will also be responsible for a number of administrative tasks, such as making schedules, checking invoices and ordering products and materials.
What makes you the perfect supervisor?
- You have at least 1 year of managerial experience in ministry.
- You have a strong passion for F&B and know how to convey this.
- You are the "go to" person the team can always count on.
- Bring it on! You like to work hard.
- You have a positive attitude and convey your enthusiasm to others.
- Both Dutch and English you speak and write fluently.
- You are flexible and available evenings, weekends and holidays.
