Vacancy: Restaurant Manager The Harbour Club Amsterdam Zuid
You will manage around 30 people. Together with the Head Chef you will ensure that our guests lack for nothing. You will be responsible for the running of the Harbour Club and will report directly to the Area Manager of The Harbour Club.
The team can always count on you. You support with the daily operational work but also with personnel developments, coordinating a big event or complaint handling. Every shift brings new challenges, but one thing never changes: you deliver quality and exceed guests' expectations. Because at The Harbour Club we do everything we can to keep our guests coming back. You'll be back!
What makes you the perfect addition to our team?
- You have completed a related HBO or MBO level 4 education and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a management position within F&B.
- You have a passion for Food & Beverage and are culinary savvy.
- You are creative and know how to surprise us again and again with your innovative ideas.
- You have good communication skills, both oral and written.
- You are able to prepare and analyze data and figures.
- Information is safe with you and you can make strategic choices.
- Hospitality is in your blood and you know how to convey this to your team.
- You are energized by working together in an ambitious team!
