Als Leerling Kok voel jij je helemaal op je gemak in de keuken en maak jij de lekkerste gerechten voor onze gasten. Het maken van de mise-en-place is een belangrijk onderdeel van de dag, want een goede voorbereiding is het halve werk. Snijden, mengen, passeren en het maken van sauzen; daar draai jij je hand niet voor hem. Jij wordt opgeleid door onze Chef’s en leert over de verschillende parties en de nieuwste kooktechnieken. Bij Apollo & Leonardo Hotels krijg je de mogelijkheid om letterlijk een kijkje in de keuken te nemen bij verschillende F&B concepten.
Who are you?

- You have a passion for cooking and want to learn more about it.
- You are a real team-player, you like to work together!
- You are eager to learn and looking for a challenge.
- You are flexibly available and working irregular hours is not a problem for you.
- You have good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages.
