De mise en place is gedaan en jij staat in de startblokken om de show te beginnen. Samen met jouw collega’s ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden en uitgeven van hoogstaande gerechten. The Harbour Club Amsterdam Zuid biedt een dynamische werkomgeving, waarbij je de ene dag het beste vlees op de Josper grillt en de andere dag vis van hoge kwaliteit bereidt. Stress in de keuken? What makes you the perfect chef de partie?
- You have completed a chef training program or at least 2 years of work experience in the kitchen.
- You are familiar with manning multiple parties in the kitchen.
- Je werkt graag met verse ingrediënten en Fushion Style koken is wat jij leuk vindt.
- You are creative and like to think about improving our dishes.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You are flexible and available evenings, weekends and holidays.
