Jij bent elke dag klaar om te rocken! Elke gast verdient een bijzondere ervaring en jij begrijpt dat. Samen met jouw team zorg jij voor een onvergetelijke avond. Voorbereiding is key en jij begint dan ook met het nalopen van alle tafels en reserveringen voor de laatste finishing touch. Daarnaast zorg jij ervoor dat iedereen in jouw team weet wat zijn rol is voor vandaag. Gedurende de service houd jij overzicht en zorg jij voor een soepel verloop. Jij stuurt het team aan en helpt mee bij drukte. Tegelijkertijd zorg jij voor een optimale sfeer op de werkvloer. Jij weet hoe je de hoge service en kwaliteit van The Harbour Club uitdraagt en motiveert en coacht jouw team hierin. Samen met de Restaurant Manager weet jij toffe, nieuwe ideeën aan te brengen om The Harbour Club nóg succesvoller te maken. Naast de dagelijkse operatie houd jij je ook bezig met een aantal administratieve taken, zoals het maken van roosters, het controleren van facturen en het bestelling van producten en materialen.
What makes you the perfect supervisor?
- You have at least 1 year of managerial experience in ministry.
- You have a strong passion for F&B and know how to convey this.
- Jij bent de ‘go to’ persoon waar het team altijd op kan rekenen.
- Bring it on! You like to work hard.
- You have a positive attitude and convey your enthusiasm to others.
- Both Dutch and English you speak and write fluently.
- You are flexible and available evenings, weekends and holidays.
