Tasks and responsibilites

  • Performing Mise and Place activities in the restaurant
  • Operational activities in the restaurant, including taking orders, serving the guests and handling payments
  • Keeping the tables and the restaurant clean
  • Proactively selling restaurant products
  • Maintaining excellent contact with guests
  • Identifying expected shortcomings and defects so that the progress is not jeopardized
  • Assisting with construction (receptions and parties)
  • If necessary, prepare simple orders yourself (pouring drinks, preparing small dishes / snacks, etc.)
  • Following guidelines regarding safety, hygiene and HACCP
