Tasks and responsibilites

  • Works under the guidance of the Manager
  • Manages and oversees the work of the operation staff
  • Managing employees in a neighborhood
  • Customer satisfaction; Supervisor Operation is the ambassador of The Harbour Club
  • Proactively selling restaurant products
  • Opening and closing the restaurant
  • Creating an optimal working atmosphere
  • Maintaining excellent contact with guests
  • Transferring product knowledge to service staff
  • Supervises a correct ordering procedure
  • Drafting of grids
  • Monitors the concept, with respect to appearance, food & beverage and interior
  • Following guidelines regarding safety, hygiene and HACCP
