Tasks and responsibilites

  • Performing Mise and Place activities in the restaurant
  • Operational activities in the restaurant, including taking orders, serving guests and handling payments
  • Keeping the tables and the restaurant clean
  • Welcoming and maintaining contact with guests
  • Assisting with building up receptions and parties
  • If necessary, prepare simple orders yourself (pouring drinks, preparing small dishes / snacks, etc.)
  • Following guidelines regarding safety, hygiene and HACCP
