The Harbour Club is a high-end restaurant concept in Amsterdam. We are located in a former industrial wine terminal that has been transformed into a beautiful restaurant. As an apprentice you are guided by one of our trained and experienced teachers. Many of our employees have started as a student. We are looking for a student or trainee who meets the following profile.
The Harbour Club Rotterdam opened its doors in 2010 in the former 'Parkzicht': an almost one hundred year old villa in a Rotterdam city park, near the Euromast. A special location for a special restaurant! The ambiance is very similar to 'The Boathouse Café' in the New York Central Park. Inside, the restaurant has been completely styled into a cool and contemporary restaurant.
